OUR JoURNEY together

Outside of the pole, we are true nature lovers. We adore spending time out in the forest, dancing freely under the open sky, and we both share a deep passion for performing and expressing ourselves through movement.

Aerial Movements began with a desire to create a comprehensive certification program for pole fitness instructors, dedicated to enhance the knowledge of teahcers and to provide safer learning and understanding for students. Over time, it has grown into a central hub for pole dancers in Norway - offering online training and orginizing poledance retreats.

After a while, I (Diana) felt that I wanted to build this further together with a partner who shared the exact same values. Over the past year, I got to know Rebekka - an exceptional instructor and a wonderful human being. Together, we have elevated our online training program into something much bigger, launching an enhanced and improved version of Aerial Movements.

We are both instructors in pole and aerial, with many years of experience in our backpacks. What drives us is the joy of teaching and watching others grow. For us, this isn't about performance or pressure; it's about safety, confidence, and genuine training happiness. We both have a strong focus on technique and a deep understanding of our students, because we know how important it is to feel seen and cared for.

Our biggest goal is to grow together in pole and help build up the wonderful community here in Norway. Day-to-day, we teach physically at a studio in Oslo, and alongside that, we connect with students online. We hold workshops, offer personal training classes, and love performing.

But perhaps most of all, we are passionate about welcoming beginners into the world of pole, especially those who don't have the opportunity to attend a physical studio weekly. Through our online studio platform, we want to create a warm, motivating, and safe space with easy-to-follow, progressive videos where students can choose to learn both techniques and choreographies from home.
