Explore a wide range of video tutorials in pole, ranging from pole fitness intro to advanced, warm-ups, flexibility, yoga, exotic pole techniques and spinning pole. This membership includes all nessesary drills to grow in different pole styles.
Everything included in the Essential Membership, plus full access to all our signature choreographies in exotic pole and pole flow. This is for you who love to dance, want to challenge yourself and unlock your artistic freedom.

Memberships are not for everyone, we know that sometimes you just want to access a spesific choreo, and that’s why we offer single purchase of these as well. Choose your favorite choreo below, you have access to this choreo for a year.
Grab your favorite pair of flowy pants and learn this choreo. Open level, you can dance to the same song used in the video, or choose your own with your preferred tempo to suit your skill level.

We only offer free trial for the Essential Membership, but you can upgrade and downgrade from the Signature membership at anytime. For just 150kr extra, you can try the Signature membership and access all choreographies for one month.

Go to your account, there you can cancel your membership at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the period you already paid for. If you change your mind, you can remove your cancellation and continue as before, as long as you do this before your subscription end date.

You can not pause your membership. Our memberships come with zero commitments or notice periods. Therefore, you can cancel your membership and come back when you are ready.
Please note; if you have a discounted membership - when cancelling your subscribtion you will loose your discount. You can re-subscribe at anytime before your period ends to keep the discount.
