  • When you purchase a membership, you receive immediate access to all training videos. Therefore, the purchase is binding and non-refundable. The membership can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform for the remainder of the paid period. If payment for the subscription is not received, the membership will be suspended immediately. Membership is personal and cannot be used by anyone other than yourself.

    Aerial Movements offers both monthly and annual subscriptions for our online training. Upon purchasing a membership, you receive immediate access to all training videos and content included in your membership tier on the platform. The membership is personal and may only be used by the account holder. Sharing login details with others is not permitted.

    There is no minimum contract period or notice period. You are free to terminate your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the platform for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. As digital access is granted immediately upon purchase, all purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. The subscription automatically renews according to the selected plan (monthly or annual) until cancelled. If payment fails or is not received by the due date, your membership and access to the platform will be suspended immediately until the payment issue is resolved.

  • Registration for certification courses is completed via the website. By completing the purchase, you accept these terms and are bound by the agreement with Aerial Movements. Registration is personal and cannot be transferred or used by others. If you have physical limitations, injuries, or other health issues that could affect safety or the conduct of the course, you are required to inform us of this prior to registration.

    Courses are paid for via the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., card or PayPal), and you receive immediate access to the content upon completion of the purchase. Since the instructor course material is delivered immediately, registration is binding and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the purchase is complete.

  • Purchases of personal training (PT) sessions are binding and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the purchase is complete. Rescheduling a session may be possible subject to the instructor's availability. Changes to session times must be arranged directly with the relevant instructor. Failure to attend a scheduled session results in the session being considered completed. PT sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who booked the session.

  • Current prices are listed on our website. We offer a 5% discount on certification for NPAF members with at least 12 months of active membership. Discounts and gift cards cannot be combined with other offers or discount coupons.

  • Aerial Movements provides training and instruction. Students bear full responsibility for their own health and must ensure they are physically fit enough to participate in such activities. Students acknowledge that the activity entails a risk of injury or death and assume all risks associated with any potential incident. Aerial Movements is not liable for costs related to transport, accommodation, or loss of personal belongings in connection with physical events.

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@aerialmovements.no. The complaint should contain detailed information and be submitted within 30 days of the incident. It should include relevant facts such as dates, location, any correspondence, documents, and/or other relevant information.
